I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2013, and my work has continued to evolve through extensive study of anatomy, physiology, fascia, the nervous system, the lymphatic system, and the relationships among structures throughout the body.
I am deeply curious about how the body functions, adapts, and compensates. That curiosity—and a commitment to treating each person as an individual—has shaped my development as a manual therapist and continues to guide how I assess and approach every appointment.

Why This Work Matters to Me
My interest in manual therapy is both professional and personal. Having benefited from this work myself, I understand how meaningful it can be to receive care that is thoughtful, attentive, and adapted to the individual.
I value listening carefully, continuing to learn, and helping people better understand their bodies. My goal is to provide a respectful, collaborative space where each person’s concerns, comfort, and responses help guide the work.
