TREATMENT SESSIONS
Treatment is individualized and based on what your body presents during evaluation and treatment, as well as your concerns and treatment goals. The methods used during each session are determined by your needs on that particular day.
A parent or legal guardian must be present in the office for clients under 18 years of age unless other arrangements have been discussed and approved in advance.
SESSION TIME
The scheduled appointment length includes the complete visit, beginning at the scheduled appointment time and concluding after necessary clinical and checkout activities are completed.
This may include consultation, health-history or form review, assessment, hands-on treatment, reassessment, dressing and transition time, care planning, payment, and scheduling. The amount of hands-on treatment will vary according to the appointment type, clinical circumstances, and the client’s individual needs.
Hands-on treatment will conclude with sufficient time remaining to complete the other necessary portions of the appointment. Time extending beyond the scheduled appointment affects the practitioner’s preparation, documentation, room sanitation, and readiness for the next client.
NEW CLIENTS / INITIAL APPOINTMENT
First appointment includes initial assessment, intake interview and discussion of treatment goals, in addition to initial treatment. This may take 45-90 minutes total, depending on reasons for wanting treatment, health conditions, and requested amount of treatment time.
Please be advised that if intake forms must be filled out with me at your first appointment, this leaves much less time for actual hands-on treatment.
RATES & PAYMENT
INITIAL APPOINTMENT
Initial appointments include time for health-history discussion, assessment, treatment, reassessment, and planning in addition to treatment. Because needs vary, the appropriate appointment length will be determined when scheduling.

FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS
Follow-up appointments may include discussion and updates, assessment, treatment, reassessment, dressing and transition time, care planning, payment, and scheduling.
